Kohler, Wisconsin is a beautiful place. It’s about an hour north of Milwaukee, bordering Sheboygan. My favorite part about Kohler is how peaceful being there was. It’s a town unlike no other, and its centered around essentially a bathroom factory. Unfortunately my time in Kohler, Wisconsin was cut a little shorter than I had anticipated.

My Maw Maw (grandma) became very sick on September 30th, and I flew home immediately to be by her side to care for her as she passed peacefully surrounded by family.

Before I left, I was able to take a few pictures and gather a few recommendations from the beautiful property of The American Club. The restaurants on property were wonderful, and they took wonderful care of our team and our guests while we stayed there. The spa is worth a visit, as are any of the golf courses in the area. The best part about from the time I was there, was seeing the preparations for the historic Ryder Cup, which will be hosted on the Whistling Straits Course in 2020.

Last but not least, be sure to stop by the Kohler Design Center, and admire all the bathrooms they showcase on property. We were fortunate enough to have exclusive access to the design center during an event. Who else gets to say that they helped execute a dinner in a room surrounded by toilets, bathtubs, and sinks?
